Experimental model for over-reactive skin will be realized either:

• by epidermal irritation due to the application of lauryl sulphate
• pestablishment of semi-quantitative scores concerning the dermis and epidermis
• dose of cytokines

By the application of a neuromediator (P substance)

• Establishment of semi-quantitative scores for the evaluation of the oedema and dermal vasodilation.
• Cytokines assay
